Bowman Gray Stadium released its 2026 weekly track schedule on Wednesday.
The track, which continues to be the longest running NASCAR O’Reilly Series Local Series program ever, features 18 weeks headlined by the Madhouse Modified and Sportsman divisions respectively.
It begins on Saturday, April 18 with the season opening Hayes Jewelers 200 alongside a 40-lapper for the Sportsman. It’s one of the most anticipated events on the national short track schedule every year. The event also includes Street Stocks and Stadium Stocks.
Overall, the Madhouse Modified division features one 200-lapper, five 100-lappers, a twin-50 and nine twin 25s with inverts the norm for the twin races to produce some of the most compelling shows in the sub-discipline.
The schedule also includes special events like Crash Fest on May 16 featuring Crown Vics, a Skid Race and Demolition Derby. Crown Vice replace the chain races usually held on this weekend with the Victorias also racing two other times this year.
Another Demolition Derby is scheduled for July 18 with Monster Trucks also on property for the Night of Destruction. That night also includes a lawn mower giveaway.
Rain dates have been reserved for July 4 and Aug. 29, if needed. Gates will open at 6 p.m. each Saturday night, with racing action beginning at 8 p.m. Each event is streamed live for those with a FloRacing subscription.
