Kyle Busch actually did race at Southern National. It was somewhere between the years 1997 1998 1999 when he was a developmental driver for Hendrick. I can verify this because I was a crew member for Shelton McNair during this time period. He raced in the Late Model Sportsman division and won the track championship in 1998. Hope this helps.
