The richest asphalt short track race in North America will have a live broadcast.
The inaugural Canadian Tire Short Track Nationals at Jukasa Motor Speedway will be streamed live via a pay-per-view broadcast on Speed51.com. The Pro Late Model race will take place on September 1 and 2 and will pay the equivalent of $38,000 to win and $1,520 to start in U.S. currency.
“We are excited to partner with Speed51.com for the Canadian Short Track Nationals,” said Jukasa Motor Speedway General Manager Alex Nagy. “With the amount of teams we have from different parts of North America we felt it was important to allow fans that can’t be here in person to be able to see the event live.”

“When you look at the events that are being talked about the most in 2018, this is certainly one of them,” said Speed51.com Editor Brandon Paul. “We’ve had a lot of race fans asking us if we were going to be offering a broadcast of this race, so we’re pleased to partner with Jukasa Motor Speedway to bring this event to those who aren’t able to make it to Ontario to see it in person.”
The broadcast will begin on Saturday, September 1 with live coverage of the APC United Late Model Series and Outlaw Super Late Models.
Coverage will continue on Sunday, September 2 when Pro Late Models hit the track for their chance at qualifying for the $50,000-to-win (CAD) main event. Speed51.com’s live broadcast will cover the Pro Late Model last chance races, as well as the Super Stock feature, leading into the 200-lap Pro Late Model feature.
The main event is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on Sunday.
The cheapest way to watch both days of racing is to purchase a two-day video package for just $34.99. Single day tickets are also available for Saturday ($19.99) and Sunday ($24.99). All listed prices listed are USD.
