Lanie Buice will compete in the CARS Tour full-time with Lee Pulliam Performance in 2025, driving the #03 in 2025.

The Lee Pulliam Performance #03 won both the owners and drivers championship in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock division last year with Brenden “Butterbean” Queen behind the wheel. After Queen’s championship, it was announced that he would go racing full-time in the ARCA Menards Series for Pinnacle Racing Group in 2025, leaving fans guessing who would fill the champion’s seat, and now we have our answer.

18 year old Jackson, Georgia native Lanie Buice is a part of the Rev Racing program, a team known for building drivers with great success in stock car racing. Rev is currently fielding two cars full time in ARCA, and has also fielded a NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck entry in 2023 and 2024. Buice has some CARS Tour experience as well, racing five times in a Late Model Stock in 2023, and twice in a Pro Late Model last year. She has also raced in the South Carolina 400 at Florence Motor Speedway and the Thanksgiving Classic at Southern National Motorsports Park last year.

“[I’m] so excited to chase Rookie of the Year & a championship,” Buice said on social media. “I am beyond grateful for this opportunity! Catch the season opener March 1 at New River All American Speedway!”

Lee Pulliam responded to the post saying “I’m so thankful for this pairing. Lanie Luice and I really gel together and I’m excited to teach her this season!”

She joins “AirDoug” Doug Barnes Jr. at Lee Pulliam Performance, as they both will chase a championship in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock series this year.

The season will start at New River All-American Speedway on March 1. All races will be streamed live to FloRacing.
