CARS Tour West Vegas preview and entry lists

Spears CARS Tour West heads to The Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday for the 2026 season opener in the Super Late Models, Limited Late Models and Legends divisions.

Twenty-four Super Late Models are preliminarily entered for the 150 lap feature, which pays $15,000 to win. Defending series champion Jace Hansen headlines the field, joined by 2026 World Series Pro Late Model champion Vito Cancilla, series regulars Buddy Shepherd and Haeden Plybon, former Bullring winner Blaine Rocha and Keelan Harvick, who makes his second career SLM start.

Hansen returns as the defending CARS Tour West Super Late Model champion after a 2025 season that included four top-five finishes, including a runner-up finish at the track last season and scored a victory in the season finale at Kern Raceway. The Colorado driver begins his title defense Saturday in the 150 lap feature.

The CARS West Super Late Model season consists of seven races in 2026, returning to Las Vegas for the finale in November.

Two other champions will make the jump to the Super Late Model division this season. Dylan Zampa and Legends champion Taylor Mayhew are also entered in the 150 lap feature, as they move up to the top class of Cars West competition.

The Limited Late Models also begin their 2026 campaign with a 100 lap feature paying $4,000 to win.

Twenty-seven cars are entered, highlighted by defending Bullring champion Cody Brown, 2025 All-American Speedway champions Kellen Keller (Jr. Late Model) and Kenna Mitchell (Super and Pro Late Model) and Madera Speedway Pro Late Model champion Jay Juleson.

The division is scheduled for 11 races in 2026 and the season also concludes at The Bullring in November.

Zampa, the defending Limited Late Model champion, won five races in 2025. The Las Vegas season opener marks one of a handful of LLM starts this season as he shifts his focus to a full Super Late Model campaign.

Jeffrey Peterson, the 2023 Bullring track champion, has already scored two victories at the Las Vegas oval in 2026 as he pursues the track championship. He plans to run a partial schedule with CARS Tour West this season. Last season, he finished fifth in LLM standings with three wins, including one at the track in October.

The Legends division will begin its 2026 season Saturday with a 30 lap feature.

Broadcast coverage on FloRacing begins at 4 p.m. PT (7 p.m. ET).
