Motor Mountain Masters 150 at Jennerstown Canceled

UARA officials announced on Friday that the Motor Mountain Masters 150 at Jennerstown Speedway has been canceled.

The announcement came in light of concerns regarding the forecasted weather for the event scheduled for Thursday, June 19, and its potential impact on the car count for the UARA National Super Late Model event.

“We regret to announce that the series will have to cancel the Jennerstown Speedway event and with the race teams concern on the weather, which will have a negative effect on the car count,” reads the announcement. “While we understand the weather may clear up later after making this call, the forecast and future radar are currently showing a 60–80% chance of rain Wednesday evening and Thursday evening.

“It’s never easy to make this call early, but we want to be fair to the track owners, our drivers, teams, fans, and not waste everyone’s hard earned money. Our next National race is scheduled for August 2 at Auburndale Speedway — we look forward to seeing everyone then.”

With the cancelation, the next race for the UARA National Super Late Model Series will be the Billy Joe Ingram Memorial 154 at Auburndale Speedway.
