UARA posts stacked provisional Rattler 250 entry list

With a prize of $50,050.50, the 50th running of the Rattle 250 at South Alabama Speedway has attracted a robust entry list that is still growing in advance of the March 19-21 UARA National Super Late Model event.

The sanctioning body put out a provisional entry list on Wednesday and it’s already 40 strong with a mix of regulars that follow the Ricky Brooks operated division but also a large contingent of teams with national pedigree.

To wit, the winningest driver in the history of the Rattler 250 will be in attendance chasing a sixth chance to kiss the Opp rattlesnake in victory lane following victories in 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Former winner Bubba Pollard will be in attendance as will another Truck Series contender and Snowball Derby winner Kaden Honeycutt. Defending winner Michael Atwell, the UARA champion, is also looking to go back-to-back.
