For the 2026 Late Model Stock season, the R&S Race Cars team announced three drivers for a variety of schedules.
Additionally, all three cars will run under the Dodge Charger branding after R&S provided cars to the RAM Race for the Seat reality show currently airing.
Landon Pembelton will continue driving his No. 0 in pursuit of a championship at South Boston Speedway and the Virginia Triple Crown races comprised of the South Boston 200, Hampton Heat 200 and Valleystar Credit Union Martinsville 300.
“After a great year in 2025, we were able to win the Valleystar Credit Union 300 and a third-place championship run at South Boston,” Pembelton said in a video release. “Coming after a track championship and potentially a triple crown championship.”
Sam Butler will race full-time in the CARS Tour in a No. 16. Butler has made 13 starts in the Tour with best finishes of third in 2021 at Dillon and Hickory. He was the points leader leaving those first two races that year before a crash at Orange County in his next start derailed what looked to be a stout campaign with PRW Chassis.
“I’m so grateful for this opportunity to drive for R&S Race Cars,” Butler said. “I truly next thought I would get the chance to race full-time in CARS Tour again after 2021 but I’m back to chase a championship in 2026.
Trey Crews will race for the Virginia Triple Crown.
