Provisional entry list for the 59th Snowball Derby unveiled

Ty Majeski is coming to the Snowball Derby after all.

The 2023 and 2020 race winner had sworn off the race, at least in subtle ways all year, in the aftermath of a restart violation that denied him the win last year. At the same time, this race has always been important to the 2024 Truck Series champion.

It always felt somewhat inevitable that Majeski and Toby Nuttleman would be on site to chase their third.

Other previous winners on the provisional entry list released on Monday includes Derek Thorn, Kaden Honeycutt and Stephen Nasse. Other top contenders seeking their first wins in the Super Late Model classic includes Bubba Pollard, Cole Butcher, Jeremy Doss, and Matthew Craig.

Again, this is just the provisional list, and it is expected to grow in the weeks leading up to the first week of December.

Names with NASCAR experience include Derek Kraus, William Sawalich and Jake Garcia.

Keelan Harvick will make his Snowball Derby debut. Other emerging prospects like Tristan McKee, Max Reaves and Carson Brown will chase the Tom Dawson Trophy.

Veterans Casey Johnson, Casey Roderick, Kyle Steckly, Jett Noland, Spencer Davis, Conner Jones and Cayden Lapcevich are represented as well.

The 59th Annual Snowball Derby takes place December 3–6, 2026, at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida and also includes racing for Pro Late Models, Southern Modifieds, Pro Trucks and numerous local divisions.

The event will once again air live on FloRacing.
