Jim Gresham named World Crown 300 Grand Marshall

Cordele Motor Speedway is proud to announce that Jim Gresham has been named the Grand Marshal for the 2025 Cohen Law Group World Crown 300 presented by Noland’s Roofing, set for October 25th at Cordele Motor Speedway.

Gresham, a cornerstone figure in Georgia motorsports community, was the owner of Gresham Motorsports Park, the original home of the World Crown 300. His passion for racing, commitment to the sport, and dedication to preserving the legacy of the World Crown 300 make him a fitting choice to serve as Grand Marshal for one of the nation’s most prestigious Super Late Model events.

“Jim Gresham has been a champion for Georgia short track racing for as long as most of us can remember,” said Greg Noland, Owner of Cordele Motor Speedway. “His influence and contributions have left a lasting mark on the sport, and it’s an honor to have him lead the field for this year’s World Crown 300.”

The 2025 Cohen Law Group World Crown 300 presented by Noland’s Roofing will feature some of the best short track drivers in the country, all chasing one of the most coveted crowns in asphalt racing. Fans can expect a full weekend of racing and family fun, capped off with the Melon Man Truck Series 25, the World Crown 300, and a special appearance by The Steel Rodeo freestyle motorcycle stunt team
