World Series of Asphalt has a new look schedule in 2025

Daniel Vining

The World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing has a new look schedule in 2025.

For one, the night before the Daytona 500 is now just a local division showcase with the Orange Blossom 100 finale for the Super Late Model division now being moved to Thursday. In other words, Super Late Model teams will be off the grounds by that Thursday night, a more economical outcome to be sure.

New Smyrna Speedway is still running opposed to the Super Bowl on that Sunday night, as opposed to moving the schedule up as a lot of racers and industry people would prefer, a card that features Super Late Models and Pro Late Models.

Race length distances for some races have been modified as well.

The schedule still contains the marquee events like the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour opener on the first Saturday, February 8, and the ASA STARS national Super Late Models on Tuesday February 11.

Every night will air live on FloRacing.
