The UARA recently announced that what was set to be the National Series next event, the Billy Joe Ingram Memorial 154 at Auburndale Speedway, has been removed from their Super Late Model calendar for the 2026 season.
This announcement comes just one year after what was believed to be the beginning of a tradition with the first edition taking place on August 3rd, 2025, where Nick Neri claimed top honors after a late pass on Michael Atwell.
UARA put out the above statement regarding the cancellation, with the message from the Ingram family requesting not to renew the event for a second running at the quarter-mile oval in Winter Haven, Florida.
There are no plans for the event to be rescheduled this year, nor have another track take the vacancy of this date following this development. The UARA National Series now looks toward its next race at South Alabama Speedway, for the Frank Grill Memorial 112, taking place on October 3rd.
