Marcus Richmond of R&S Race Cars has been fined by CARS Tour for unsecured weight in the No. 15 driven by Blake Stallings on Friday night at Ace Speedway.
Richmond was fined $470 for the loss of 18.8 pounds or $25 per pounds lost during practice on Friday.
Unrelated, Stallings crashed and climbed the wall on Friday.
Crew member Kenyon Davidson, who was working with Dillon Harville, has been suspended immediately and fined $500 for instigating a fight on Friday night. The fine must be paid prior to his reinstatement.
