Entry list for the NASCAR Canada season opener at Mosport

The NASCAR Canada Series will once again open on Victoria Day weekend with its annual season opening event at Mosport dba Canadian Tire Motorsports Park with a predictably stacked entry list of talent north of the border.

The quest for four championships in five seasons will kick off in Bowmanville for Marc-Antoine Camirand of GM Paillie but the likes of DJ Kennington, LP Dumoulin and Kevin Lacroix are also looking to get off to fast starts in the driver’s championship.

Always a threat on road and street courses, Alex Tagliani will be chasing an owner’s championship alongside Donald Theetge and that quest begins on Sunday as well.

On-track activities at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park will begin on Saturday with practice sessions scheduled for 12:45 p.m. ET and 2:15 p.m. ET, followed by qualifying at 5:35 p.m. ET. The green flag for Sunday’s CarGurus 200 is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
