The stars and cars of the ASA Midwest Tour are scheduled to run 11 races across four states in 2024.
Wisconsin
Illinois
Iowa
Minnesota
The slate runs from April 21 with the ‘Miracle on the High Banks’ at Slinger Super Speedway and ending with their 200-lap finale on Sunday October 6 at LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway for the prestigious Oktoberfest.
“This schedule includes great marquee events at the region’s marquee facilities,” said Midwest Tour director Gregg McKarns. “The tradition of Super Late Model racing is alive and well in the Upper Midwest and we are looking forward to these great races in 2024 and beyond.”
Three ASA Midwest Tour events will pay at least $15,000 to the winner and those are the Joe Shear Classic 200 at Madison International Speedway, the Gandrud Auto Group (Dixieland) 250 on Tuesday night August 6 and the Jim Sauter Classic 200 at Dells Raceway Park, Saturday August 31.
Also of note is that the Midwest Tour races will all feature the 2bbl rules package favored by the region, with the two ASA STARS races in Wisconsin being independent of the Midwest Tour.
