Mother Nature continues to wreak havoc on the Snowflake 100.
With a forecast of thunderstorms and several inches of rain in the forecast, Five Flags Speedway has again postponed the already rescheduled Pro Late Model Classic from this Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. The schedule also includes the Modifieds of Mayhem championship race and a 50-lap Pro Trucks feature.
“With a terrible weather forecast for Saturday, we believe it is in the best interest of our racers and fans to hold the race on Sunday,” said Five Flags Speedway promoter Tim Bryant. “The weather forecasters were right on the mark with their forecast last weekend, so there’s no reason to doubt them this weekend. With good weather coming into the Pensacola area on Sunday, we are looking forward to a great event with all three divisions.”

The pit area will open at 8 a.m. on Sunday afternoon with a drivers meeting scheduled for 11 a.m. The Modifieds of Mayhem will have a 15-minute practice session. Their qualifying times from Friday afternoon will remain official.
Pro Late Models will have a 30-minute practice session that starts at 12:15 p.m. The Pro Trucks will have a 45 minute practice session that begins at 12:45 p.m.
The Modifieds of Mayhem championship race will take place at 2 p.m. and will last 75 laps.

Afterwards, the Pro Late Models will qualify for the Snowflake 100 with the last chance race taking place immediately afterwards. Pro Truck qualifying will take place before the Snowflake 100 itself.
The Pro Truck race will proceed following the Snowflake 100.
There will still be a Speed 51 PPV broadcast for the event. Those who purchased either a five-day video pass, a broadcast for last Friday’s Modified race or a pass for the Snowflake 100 will be able to watch the rescheduled event.
For those who want to purchase the event, you can do so now for $24.99 by clicking here.
