2026 CARS Tour schedule released; includes Nashville

Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is finally on the CARS Late Model Stock Tour schedule.

That’s the headline announcement on Tuesday in the 2026 schedule release for both the Late Model Stock and Pro Late Model divisions for the CARS Tour but that isn’t the only new addition too. Also in Tennessee news is the addition of Newport Speedway to both schedules next year.

In a sense, Nashville Fairgrounds isn’t totally new to the CARS Tour as it hosted Super Late Model division races from 2018 to 2021 but those were co-sanctioned and overseen by the Southern Super Series.

Nashville effectively replaces Cordele on the schedule after just one trip. North Wilkesboro only has one date this year, alongside the Cup Series, but will no longer host a second weekend for the championship races.

The Nashville Fairgrounds Late Model Stock and Pro Late Model doubleheader is scheduled for April 11. The Newport race weekend will be the penultimate one on the schedule on October 3 before championship weekend returns to South Boston on October 17.

The new season opener, the earliest the tour has opened the season, will be February 21 at Coastal Plains Speedway.

The other races on the schedule can be consumed below.

  • 2/21 – Coastal Plains Raceway (LMSC/PLM)
  • 2/28 – Southern National Motorsports Park (LMSC/PLM)
