ACT & PASS Postpone Coastal Clash 150 at Star Speedway

Jeff Brown

Mother nature continues to take her toll as yet another series has announced a weather related cancelation going into this weekend. This time, it’s the Coastal Clash 150 at Star Speedway, a combined event featuring the American-Canadian Tour, ACT, and the Pro All Star Series, PASS.

“It’s unfortunate that Mother Nature couldn’t see us through just one more weekend, but we’ve been incredibly lucky up to this point,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “To save teams the travel this was the best call to make and we’re looking forward to returning to Star Speedway on Sunday, June 14th.”

The weekend was set to run the ACT/PASS Super Late Models, New England Supermodified Series and PASS Modifieds. All series have had their respective features moved to later dates later in May and in early June.

From the Pro All Star Series:

“Due to the inclement Saturday forecast, the ACT/PASS event at Star Speedway scheduled for May 9th has been postponed. The PASS Super Late Models, NESS Super Modifieds, and Kennebec Equipment Rental PASS Mods have been rescheduled for Sunday, May 24th. The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour has been added to the PASS/NESS/PASS Mod event on Sunday, June 14th. Post times and full schedules for each event will be announced at a later date.”

The next event for the PASS Super Late Models is set for May 17th at White Mountain Motorsports Park while the ACT Super Late Models next see action on May 31st at Riverside Speedway.
