All Johnny Clark needed to get back into the thick of the Pro All Stars Series points race was a win.
He finally picked one up Saturday night.
The seven-time PASS North Super Late Model champion came out on top of a duel with Gabe Brown to earn his first win of 2025 in Saturday’s PASS Spectacular program at White Mountain Motorsports Park.
Saturday’s program, rain-delayed from earlier in the season, continued a shared tradition for PASS and WMMP of hosting a major event in support of the NASCAR national series weekend at nearby New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Lee USA Speedway opened the weekend Friday night with the Granite State Pro Stock Series, while PASS’ visit to WMMP concluded a day that opened with the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in a morning bout around the “Magic Mile.”
Entering the weekend, Clark sat second in points with eight races complete on the season schedule. But unlike points leader D.J. Shaw or fellow contender Trevor Sanborn, the Hallowell, Me. veteran remained winless, a dry spell that extended all the way back to May.
Dillon Moltz and Austin Teras brought the field to green early in the evening, with “Thrillin’ Dillon” securing the lead early on. The 2020 American-Canadian Tour Midsummer Classic 250 winner outpaced Teras early, looking for a repeat of his first and only PASS win last July.
But a repeat performance was not to be for Moltz, as he got together with Jeremy Davis on lap 60. Moltz and Davis were each issued penalties for the contact, but Moltz refused to heed his penalty, forcing officials to pull his scoring card for the night.
Teras assumed the race lead, but the reigning Oxford 250 champion was quickly eclipsed by Clark on the restart. Teras slid through the top five as Shaw and Joey Doiron climbed to second and third. Brown entered the conversation as well, moving to fourth as Shaw slowed with right front trouble on lap 88. Clark brought the field back to green, under pressure from Doiron and Brown as he clung to the lead.
Brown would eventually displace Doiron for second, successfully challenging Clark for the lead on a lap-115 restart. Brown got out front, but a yellow flag with 11 laps remaining gave Clark all the chance he needed. Clark worked the outside line as the two swapped paint and the lead over the final few circuits.

But it was Clark who prevailed at the end, nipping Brown by 0.357 seconds to score the 51st PASS-sanctioned victory of his storied career.
Brown held on for second in a car owned by Star Speedway owner Bobby Webber, with Teras clawing his way back to third at the finish.
Doiron, who finished third in Friday’s GSPSS Keen Parts 150, settled for a fourth-place result. Sylas Ripley, who also raced at Lee on Friday, was fifth.
Sanborn finished sixth, ahead of ACT veteran Jimmy Hebert and Shaw, who recovered from his mid-race mishap for eighth. Former PASS champ Ryan Kuhn and rookie Kaiden Fisher rounded out the top ten.
Clark has gained an affinity for WMMP in recent years. His last four wins, and five out of his last six, have come at the North Woodstock, N.H. bullring. Clark has a total of eight WMMP wins to his credit.
Saturday’s race closed him to within 11 points of Shaw in the season-long standings.
And looming ahead on the schedule is another stop at WMMP this weekend for a Saturday-night show that was booked at the beginning of the season.
Clark has spoken of the weight he gives to races like the Oxford 250. But an eighth title would never be a disappointing way to cap off the year.
