Kyle Steckly has joined the ASA STARS Platinum Program.
Steckly will run full time for Rette Jones Racing, as well as signing a multi year deal with the team. Steckly has been in racing for 10 years, and has won the APC United Late Model Series championship the last two years.
Steckly, a second-generation driver from Milverton, Ontario, has established himself as one of the most promising young talents in stock car racing. Last year was his rookie season with the ASA STARS National Tour. Steckly would win the Rookie of the Year award and finished second in the overall point standings to Casey Roderick. Steckly also earned his first win with the ASA STARS National Tour at Anderson Speedway in the Redbud 400.
The Platinum Program was announced for the 2025 season, replacing the previous Winner’s Circle Program. The program was created to allow drivers and teams to commit to running full time with the series and get their money’s worth. The program, which is valued at $65,000 per team, now has some of the biggest names in the industry committed to a full season.
