For the second straight year, Super Late Model racers from the north and south will meet at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville (TN) on April 8 for the North/South Super Late Model Challenge 100.  The race, which will see the best from the Southern Super Series battle the best from the ARCA/CRA Super Series, will once again reach a worldwide audience via a pay-per-view broadcast on Speed51.com.

On Wednesday afternoon, officials from Track Enterprises and Speed51.com announced that Saturday’s Super Late Model racing from Nashville will be showcased on Speed51 TV. The live broadcast will be available to race fans for the low price of just $14.99.

“The list of entries for the Super Late Model portion of the event keeps getting stronger and stronger. It’s turning into a can’t-miss event with ARCA there as well,” said Adam Mackey, Operations Manager at Track Enterprises.  “We are thrilled that Speed51 is back to provide coverage of the CRA/SSS combination event to those who can’t attend. This gives them a chance to enjoy our event all across the world.”

This year’s North/South Super Late Model Challenge will consist of a 100-lap feature event featuring the best racers from both divisions.  Qualifying for the race will take place on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. ET with an estimated green flag of 5:45 p.m. ET.
Race fans unable to make it out to the historic Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville will be able to watch all of the Super Late Model action beginning with qualifying.
“The North/South Super Late Model Challenge was an outstanding event one year ago,” said Brandon Paul, Speed51.com Editor.  “We truly saw some of the best Super Late Model racers in the entire country show up to battle for bragging rights and all signs point to much of the same in 2017.  We’re excited to be able to bring the action to those fans who might not be able to attend in person for various reasons.”
Currently, the entry list for the race features Late Model stars such as defending race winner Donnie Wilson, 2016 Winchester 400 winner Travis Braden, former Daytona 500 winner Sterling Marlin and the always-entertaining Stephen Nasse.
Speed51.com’s live video stream of the event will feature a one-camera broadcast with audio from the track’s public address system, allowing race fans to hear the action just as they would at the race track.
