
Late Model Stock Car racing’s Super Bowl is set to take place on Saturday with over 90 drivers entered to compete for the discipline’s grandest prize – $32,000 and a Ridgeway Grandfather Clock.
Among the drivers on the all-star entry list are CARS Tour points leader Carson Kvapil, driving for JR Motorsports, NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series (NAAPWS) national championship leaders Peyton Sellers and Layne Riggs (who are both waiting to find out who will be crowned as the national champion), NAAPWS North Carolina state champion Clay Jones, rising NASCAR star Corey Heim, former winners Timothy Peters, Mike Looney, Jake Crum, Jason York, and much more.
More entries are expected over the next few days.
Qualifying will take place on Friday night, while heat racing and the feature race will take place on Saturday.
