Kaden Honeycutt outduels Ty Majeski, Stephen Nasse for Snowball Derby victory

Kaden Honeycutt used a lot of hustle and a little bit of muscle to get past Ty Majeski and score the victory in the 57^th Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway on Sunday afternoon.

Honeycutt and Majeski each exchanged bump-and-runs to take the top spot, but Honeycutt ultimately prevailed with 19 laps to go.  From there, he was able to hold off a hard charging Stephen Nasse, who had chased Honeycutt down in the final 10 laps from over a second back.  Nasse, however, ran out of time.

“I can’t believe it,” Honeycutt said in victory lane.  “I never won a Super Late Model race until today.  I threw up a little bit but it’s just from me being excited.  Man, this is unbelievable.  I can’t believe it.”

Nasse settled for second while Majeski, Jace Hansen and William Sawalich rounded out the top-five.
