Dillon Oliver was mad with Spencer Davis and then he was mad at Mason Diaz and then he was mad at the entire Pro Late Model dynamic.
Oliver was involved in a lap 30 crash with Davis, Diaz and JoJo Wilkinson on Sunday in the rain-delayed Snowflake 100. It began when Davis was tagged by Diaz who was sideways on the track and collected Oliver in the process. Initially, Oliver confronted Davis.
After their conversation, Oliver confronted Diaz and eventually followed him inside a hauler to discuss the incident.
And then Bob Dillner with Speed51TV caught him.
“This is the problem with Pro Late Model racing,” Oliver said. “You have a bunch of dumbasses out there. It’s lap 10 or 15 and they’re dooring each other on the restart, and whoever the dumbass is (Diaz) in the black and blue and white car, the 14 or 24 or whatever and drove right into Spencer’s left rear and then the track is blocked and you can’t go nowhere. That’s the problem with Pro Late Model racing. Just a bunch of rich kids who don’t give a shit about tearing up a race car.”
So Dillner asked what any good reporter would and followed-up with a query about why he wouldn’t just go Super Late Model racing instead?
“Cause I can’t fucking afford to.”

This is how I feel and treat racing finances. If you can’t afford to blow an engine or tear a frame up and get back out there next weekend. Then your probably racing a class above where you should. I can afford a late model but choose not to because I can’t repair it easily like you can a street stock.

Ok he didn’t follow Diaz in his trailer because I stopped him, then told to go where he came from. First and for most Diaz didn’t wreck anyone. People need to look at the video.
