South Alabama Speedway Rattler weekend entry lists, schedule

Weather permitting, this weekend will see the 49th running of the prestigious Rattler 250 at South Alabama Speedway.

Now under what is now its third year of UARA National sanctioning, the race will pay $25,000-to-win in the Super Late Model main event but will additional payout increases throughout the field in the form of a $102,900 total purse.

The event also features the Pro Late Model ‘Baby Rattler 125’ which pays $12,500 and $800 to start.

As this is a UARA sanctioned event, it will be run on the American Racer tires used on the Ricky Brooks series.

There is a severe weather system moving in on Friday evening which may impact the Pro Late Model main event and will certainly impact, if not outright postpone the Super Late Model portion on Saturday night.

Sunday does seem clear should that be an option for UARA and track officials. The entire weekend airs live on Racing America and the entry lists can be found below.
