Ty Majeski and crew chief Toby Nuttleman earned the honors of fastest in first practice for the Snowball Derby.

For what little that is worth, the No. 91 tandem from Seymore, Wisconsin posted the fastest time in the first session. The car is a brand new Lefthander Chassis with a fresh engine.

“We knew track would be fast,” Majeski said. “The track will slow down as temperature goes up. It’s a good car. But it’s early.”

There were no incidents in the first session and the only delay was for a funeral at the cemetery across the street.
