Easter Bunny 150: Start Time, Entry List, Broadcast and More

It’s Easter Bunny 150 race day at Hickory Motor Speedway, and we’ve got the actual race start time, the starting lineup and some other facts about the Pro All Stars Series Southern divisions third race of the season.

What time does the race start today?

The Easter Bunny 150 will start at 7 p.m. EST. The command to fire engines and the official start of the race will begin shortly after the top of the hour.

Race name/distance: Today’s race is the Easter Bunny 150, which is scheduled for 150 laps. Known as one of the biggest Pro All Stars Series races, the Easter Bunny 150 will pit some of the south’s best Super Late Model drivers against some of the North’s best in one of the biggest Pro All Stars Series races of the season.

Radio and live streaming: The Easter Bunny 150 will be streamed over the internet via Speed51.com’s 51TV online streaming service starting at 4 PM for qualifying. After qualifying, the broadcast will shutdown and return live for the Last Chance Race (if needed) at 6:30 PM. The Easter Bunny 150 broadcast can be accessed for $19.99.

Tickets: If you are in the area and have decided to come out, tickets can be purchased at the gate for $20 for adults 17 and up. Kids 12-16 just $10 and kids under 11 are free.

Weather: A nice sunny day is on tap for this years running of the Easter Bunny 150. Temperatures will hover in the mid 60’s with night time temps falling to the middle 50’s. Overall, it should be about as perfect weather as you can get for this time of the year.

Last year: Preston Peltier survived a late race restart to become a four time winner of the Easter Bunny 150.  Peltier held off northern star Ben Rowe and eventual series champion Matt Craig for the victory. NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Busch also made an appearance driving for his own team and would finish 30th after a mechanical problem retired him for the night.
